We all know that a Geico commercial goes like this...
blah blah blah blah...save 15% or more on Geico...blah blah blah...dumb-ass humor the end! I saw a few like the cuckoo clock, the damn gecko, and storybook Geico commercials...there's sooooo damn many let's just have it all lumped into one!

In the Caesar's ad mouseprint:
"New customers report saving an average of $whatever." This figure only includes those who "saved". There is a separate number for those who didn't save (which is of course, most people). In other words, you're on one list of the other. They are ONLY telling you about one of the lists. But if you "saved", then of course the average amount "saved" is impressive because the only way you "save" is by dropping kids off your insurance, raising your deductible, and/or lowering your policy limits. In short: ONE BIG FAT JUICY LIE. But one that is well-crafted to be technically "true", as long as you don't ask about the other list. It's a case of "paid less" does not equal "savings". But most people are too stupid to realize that, so the tripe continues..... |

For the most part...GEICO is just a nothing commercial that only mentions saving 15% or more on insurance for like...5 seconds and 25 seconds of it is humorless sh*t!

Me too. And here again, we have the neutered, sexually inadequate know-nothing husband who requires rescue by the female. (Maybe I should have used a word other than "neutered" around the dachshunds!) Anyway, would have been funnier if she'd had a pet gecko on her lap. |

I HATE this bitch! I can't stand smartphoners, especially smug ones like her. I wish Geico as a whole would die a slow, painful, horrifying death. I wouldn't use them as my insurance company if they only charged a $1 a year for full auto coverage, because of their rotten, annoying, undignified, simple minded commercials thought up by drug-laced, alcoholic minds. Also, your car would NOT crank that much if you had a dead or weak battery. You'd be lucky if you'd get some clicking sounds from all the relays trying to power up your vehicle. |

Here's a new Geico commercial I already hate...
Better idea for this commercial...while everyone gets crushed...we see a lot of screaming and...It'd look more horrific!

WHAT is with the vomit-inducing cheesy music at the end of this ad? Why is it there? Just horrid.

I sooooo want to make a parody of this...and the racquetball guys get crushed like bugs! Then some guy walks by, looks behind the Geico, and sees the graphic gore and says "EW"!

I was unfortunate enough to spend a few minutes in my truck today, Geico has a radio commercial about a stolen bicycle that's speaking to it's former owner. I hate Geico!
And this..."The following ad is being condenced for your viewing convenience."
It's a Goddamned good thing they didn't say..."The following ad is being condenced for your viewing pleasure." Pleasure?
When I see or hear a Geico commercial, I feel the opposite of pleasure.
Discomfort, anxiety, frustration, ANGER!!!

It's so bad I actually miss the raccoon saying "it tastes like mango chutney and burnt hair" Oh! Did anybody see the western scene with the sheriff reciting nonsense in the saloon to the bad guys??? So stupid. I'd rather suffer watching the worst Burger King commercial than see this crap!

I keep seeing this one, the stupid latest trend where corporations - like Geico sponsor movie releases.

So, now we have to watch a commercial within a movie trailer?
All this tie-in stuff certainly is cozy, isn't it?

Did I ever mention how much I hate Geico?
More from the 'easier done than said' series.
Could you come up with a more annoying commercial if your life depended on it? ADHOLES!!

God I HATE that straw sucking sound. Used way too often in entertainment and media. It is so damn irritating that I'm waiting for someone to smack Mr. Straw Sucking Face so he can STFU his stupid sound.
