Is "cleaning" some kind of euphemism for playing hide the sausage?

It was Nathan.

One of the posts had a LinkedIn link in it.

I copy/pasted it into my browser and the exact same pic is there.

They grow up so fast, doncha know!
One day, electronic toys and baby fuzz, the next beards, sunglasses, tattoos and ZZTop blaring.
Sometimes the air smells funny.
I *always* try and remind these little renegades that one day they will shave off the facial hair and be unpleasantly surprised - where did the years go?!
Let's hope it doesn't happen here.

Got a Dr's appointment this morning at 10 for lab work.

Guess they'll draw blood and urine. Gotta take a poo sample in too.

Just finished collecting that. Wasn't sure I was gonna make it since I didn't really have to go. Was barely able to force out a couple of nuggets. Just enough to get a little bit on the TP to scrape off with the little wooden stick and transfer onto the sample card.

What sucks is that I have to be fasting until after it's all done, so I probably won't be able to eat until around lunchtime!!!!

I'm gonna be starving by then!!!!

Well, I went in for my 10 o'clock appointment this morning.

Figured I'd have a tough time getting a parking space so I got there about 8:20. Sure enough, all the parking spaces in front of the office were filled up. Figured I have to sit there at one end of the lot and wait for someone to come out, get in their car and leave.

So I drive back down to one end of the lot and I see across the side street, a huge, fenced in dirt and gravel parking lot with a No Parking sign on the fence. Just so happened an employee was walking nearby so I asked her if that was patient parking.

Yep. It sure was.

Awesome!!! Better yet, I found a shady spot under a tree!!!

I go inside and sign in at 8:30, then sit in the waiting room for 90 minutes. A few minutes after 10, the little pager they give you at sign in, goes off. I go in, the guy draws some blood and I'm done.

Whole thing took 15 minutes. I could have walked in at 9:45 and still been there in plenty of time.

Oh well.

The worst part was not being able to eat until 11:00 am.

I was damned tempted!!!!

There's an Arby's right on the way home, too.

But instead, I stopped by Walmart Neighborhood Market and picked up a few groceries.

Got home and had what I usually have for breakfast.

Should have treated yourself to a smokehouse brisket Sammy from Arby's, even if the Dr says "NO!". They are sinfully delicious.

If that ain't enough you could always try the roast beef sandwich! As the sign in Waterbury used to say "Arby's roast beef sandwich is delicious!"
One good thing about TV-you could always turn it off

I love Arby's!!!!

Just can't eat a lot of fast food anymore.

One of the many wonders and joys of advancing age...

I love it when fresh sweet corn is in season, I bought some more today.

I buy these half sticks of real butter, peel back the paper and rub it on the ear. Tongue

I know, it sounds almost obscene. But wait! I still have to sprinkle some salt!

It is the most fun you can have with your clothes on.
