The 'Superman' movie star alongside Christopher Reeve, passed away at her home in Montana yesterday at the age of 69. May she R.I.P.

This is terrible news! Chalk up another thing we've lost from the original Superman Movies. Not only are Christopher Reeve and Twin Towers gone, now the lady who played Lois Lane is gone too. This is depressing!

So sad to hear. I really liked Margot Kidder long before her Superman role. I'll never forget her in the movie Sisters. The birthday cake scene was cinematic gold, IMHO. This dear lady was beautiful and suffered from mental illness and was open and vocal about it at a time when that wasn't the thing to do in Hollyweird. She had guts and talent galore.
RIP Margot.
