Noooooo!! The former scorekeeper from one of my favorite NPR shows has passed away. 'Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me!' 's Carl Kasell passed at the age of 84 earlier today from Alzheimer's complications. He also did NPR newscasts for many, many years. May he RIP and my thoughts and condolences go off to Peter Sagal, Bill Kurtis, and the rest of the 'Wait Wait' family. CryCryCryCry

I totally missed this!

'Wait, wait, Don't Tell Me!' is one of my favorite Sunday morning shows, Carl Kasell one of my favorite announcers.

RIP.
