I actually had something like what I said to Thor happen to me recently. A company accidentally took off money from my credit card for a service that I didn't receive and I noticed right off the bat and told them very politely and firmly, "I never got the service. I need the money put back on my card as I didn't get it." The company said ,"Someone else actually took the service that was meant for you. We will be crediting the money back to your credit card." They did me one much bettet. They not only REFUNDED the money in full, my next service that I actually USED this time was FREE. I loved that! :D
My name is Donathan, pronounced the same way you pronounce Jonathan, except with a D. :D $608 for her brother's scooter. Fair is fair my ass. Being tough on Public Access TV is priceless.

And of course this "service" is a super top secret because you don't want to share anything incriminating with us, right Donathang?

It was LYFT that gave me the money back AND gave me my next ride free for accidentally giving someone else the ride I never took. :)

My favorite lighthearted mistake was the time I accidentally put the baby in the oven and the roast to bed.  Hey, I got confused!  Silly me!

Ouch. That's a BIG mistake, not a light hearted mistake!
