I've heard on the internet that Kinder couldn't sell in the states. Due to the fact that the chocolate shell surrounds the prize toy. So an unsuspecting kid might bite into chocolate and plastic/metal at the same time. Breaking their teeth or injuring their mouth in some way. So they didn't sell in the states due to that fact, and are afraid of getting sued. Looks like they found a loophole to get around that!

How many kids are going to choke, possibly to death, on that toy that is mixed up in their gooey sugary treat?

^Unless the seal is broken, I highly doubt that is likely to happen.

I really picked on this commercial because it took me way back. There was a span of time where we lived in West Germany and had no idea of when we were coming back to the EUA and I remember well how cheap products in Europe could be, and I do not mean 'by cost'. I wasn't all the way back until I heard this fine gentleman's take on the product...and he has such a heavy German accent!LOL You just HAVE to watch this and listen to what he says (not how he sounds)...Wink

By the way, in case you are confused, this IS a German product with real German writing! 'Kinder' = 'Children',  'mit' = 'with' and uber<yadayada> means surprise. Up in the blue box, milk chocolate.

They would probably have a better review from a five year old than this Nudnick.

LOLNo children, eh? If I let our kids review, make decisions, and let me know what's up at five years of age, they'd probably all be dead or in wheelchairs and short limbs...not just no, but HELL NO! We need adults to review and make critical decisions so we don't end up as results of bad things...
