Ok, we get it. You used to be a fatty. I can't stand her annoying wailing as she sings her stupid song. How many syllables can she actually cram into the word "feel"? Even when she speaks, it grates on me. It's like she never learned how to properly pronounce simple English words.

I'm 99% sure there is another thread on here already about this...but I concur, it is even worse now because there is a LONG version of her singing that stupid song!!

Also, she doesn't enunciate "you", in "you know how I feel (e-e-e-eleleleleeeel)".  It's kind of a croak, into a heave, which turns into a "heuueh". Angry

I wholeheartedly agree with this thread!
The original song was done by Michael Buble for one of the newer James Bond movies "Casino Royale". The song is AWESOME when he performs it. For some reason, she chose to butcher it. Ugh.... hate it every time the commercial comes on. Dead

This song creeps into your brain and clings fo days.

If I heard this on my car radio, I'd probably engage in heavy road rage. I think I would get off, too. "But Officer, Jennifer Hudson came on the radio.."  (Officer proceeds to shred the ticket).

Eh...it's annoying, but still better than Whitney Houston.

This commercial comes on a lot, and it seriously grates my nerves.
Darkness follows as the siren sings.

I've seen several versions of this, but lately I've seen a long version with her singing a whole verse of the song a capella (that's without any instruments playing, for you non-musicians Smile) while they show highlights of other successful WW clients.

It's the worst yet. I would highly recommend this ad's audio track over waterboarding.
Hundreds of threads killed.

Not quite. The original song was written by Anthony Newley for his musical The Roar of The Greasepaint, The Smell Of The Crowd in 1965. It has been covered by many singers over the years, notably Sammy Davis Jr, Frank Sinatra and Nina Simone. Buble and Hudson are just the most recent two to attempt it. And yeah, Jennifer Hudson is absolutely no Nina Simone. ;-)

I've gotta give Kudos to Jennifer. She lost 3 family members in one day, and didn't crumble up into a mourning heap. She kept going strong, though she did show sadness over their deaths. That's really encouraging. :)

Yes, it absolutely is.

Now, if she could just learn how to sing a note without adding 50,000 other notes around it...Confused

I have nothing against her personally, and the tragedy in her family is something that no one should have to endure.  However, I still find the commercial annoying.

She's sooooo damn serious when she's singing it...that's what annoys the hell out of me. Like's she's NOT in a Weight Watchers ad.

I can't think of it as singing. More like screaming with a bit of rythym.
I don't see how people think she's talented. Maybe I'm missing something but I always hated this kind of "noise."

I despise this commercial, and I agree that it's completely annoying, but I love her and all she has accomplished..  Give her some credit.

Her mouth is so...freaking....BIG.

She's like one of those old timey parlor acts when someone puts 3 billiard balls in their mouth. I bet she could unhinge her jaw and swallow a small deer.
It's ok, I'm in marketing!

What an artist or performer has accomplished means nothing to me.  Even if I liked her music, it would mean nothing.

THAT is singing? Sounds more like a semi-controled scream!
