This guy hasn't taken off his shirt in 25 years. So he says. Whoa...

My weight gain was kind of a lifestyle change, too. It happened after I quit smoking. 30 lbs in 4 years.

Of course, all the pasta didn't help, either.

My calories come from wine....did the low alcohol, low calories wine, but, nah! Give me a nice cold Pinot Grigio on a hot and humid Florida afternoon and I am good to go!

I like white zinfandel mixed with cranberry juice.

Over ice is nice, but no ice is fine too.

I like the Old Orchard cranberry juice they sell at πŸ’²πŸŒ³.

It's artificially sweetened with no sugar added.

For me, only the real stuff will do. The Ocean Spray "Pure" or the Knudsen "Just Cranberry" - diluted in an equal amount of water (i.e. half strength). No sweeteners. It packs a wallop if you're not used to it, but I love it. Especially if it's very cold. Great in the summer especially, even without being a mixer.

^ That cranberry stuff:
I'd imagine that without sweeteners that would be pretty intense. Sweeteners would actually tone it down.

The ShopRite Supermarket bakery department here makes a cranberry-orange pudding cake---orange cake with cranberries. Pretty tart, for a cake.

Yup - it's very tart. And for much of my life I loved the typical "cranberry juice cocktail" with sweetener - but as some say of black coffee, now I can't go back. :-)

(Ironically, I like my coffee with cream and sweetener, not black.)

"Cranberry juice cocktail" is a rip-off, easier to make your own. Aldi has 100% cranberry juice. I dilute a cup of it into a quart bottle, lasts a long time.  The 100% pomegranate juice is 'meh'.  The 100% cherry juice, I add sugar & yeast to it to make 'refrigerator wine'...

I like this stuff from πŸ’²πŸŒ³...

Not super tart and has no added sugar.

Has added no calorie artificial sweeteners instead.

That "mold" might have just been dirt that clung to the oil on his skin from never washing his legs.

Really overweight people have a hard time washing in areas that require bending, stretching and twisting to reach.

I've noticed that "moldy" looking stuff on homeless people before, too.
