BK's croissants aren't squat.
Back in the early 80's when I was still in school, I worked one summer as an airport limo driver. Worked the 7pm to 3am shift. Anyway, in the main terminal there was an eatery that was operated by a long time local restauranteur. They had the most amazing croissants I've ever tasted. People used to rave about them. The taste of butter just oozed out of them with every bite. They were big, too. Not like those little biscuit sized things at BK. The best thing was that employees got a discount on all food purchased there. Only had to pay a buck apiece, so I was able to eat my fill of them!!! |

...a bad what? why bad? no bad...I just used a short-cut to an old response so I wouldn't have to strain my brain by thinking twice. Consider it an eco-friendly/not-quite-yet-green (mold) action.

I usually do a search, it didn't show up on my Google search.
The forum search gave 2 pages of results including PaW's thread. I must have just been lazy. |

I never got the appeal of French. Makes any speaker sound like a pretentious ass who needs to hock a loogie.

Lessee....I lived in France when I was a kid. Old French people were nice, made incredible pastries, knew of some guy named Louis Pasteur, but didn't know how to cook meat.Young French women could be cute, look great in stockings, but didn't understand the concept of deodorant or sanitary napkins. Young French Men all grew up to be fags, looked terrible in stockings, and smelled like sh*t.

I wanna see the French-version of this commercial.
Burger King is in France too, right? What kind of meat do you suppose they use? Women LOVE French restaurants, don't they? 'Be Like Jed Clampett': Why not order up a heapin' helpin' of Viande de cheval mort? Everything tastes better marinated and sauteed!
