I've just received a forwarded e-mail from one of my Brothers. My friends it was dreadful! lots of cuss words etc. with pictures, really nasty schoolboy stuff!  Well, I just laughed until I cried, so I couldn't even catch my breath! Do you ever find yourself laughing at things you shouldn't?  Sometimes I'm really ashamed of the things I find humor in.Embarrassed

Oh hell, yeah! I can't help myself - if I see someone fall - especially the full spread eagle, legs clamoring for a grip, arms flailing fall, I have to walk away because I cannot control my laughter.

Back in the 90s, I used to remove teens from the buses in San Francisco when I'd see them tagging it with their magic markers (the bus drivers wouldn't).  It didn't actually require me to get physical.  All it required was that I make my eyes bulge out and that I yell "Get the f*ck off this bus!" like a madman at them.  It was kinda fun.  When regular people saw me doing this, they'd usually back me up, so I wasn't really afraid.  Others on the bus sometimes used to applaud when I did this.

Once, at a bus stop some weeks later, when one of the teens recognized me as having done this to him, he got up real close and menacingly in my face as if he was gonna hurt me.  He told me he remembered me from when I kicked him off.  He was like 13 and about 5'3"!  It was so cute and macho the way he was trying to intimidate me that I couldn't help but laugh in his face.  He just walked away.

Have any of you seen Zombieland? Oddly enough there is a scene that illustrates this point perfectly.

Well, Hoot, you sure are a killjoy.  Half the fun of farting is making others smell it.  If they gag, it's a true victory.  If they enjoy it...well, what's the point?  Unhappy

How about leaving a dump in the toilet, and then asking your neighbor-friend to help you with some emergency bathroom plumbing work, only to shut him inside the stinky room?  I did that once.

OK, I lie.  My neighb-friend Charlie did that to me, but I plan on doing it back to him the first chance I get.

I've laughed at people slipping & falling....... usually if mud is involved. Farts, if I hear someone farting in public...... grocery stores, etc.
Someone who  wrote a witty comeback or jab on a message board.
One that still makes me laugh thinking about it:LOL We were framing a house and one of our eager young helpers was nailing boards together(just as in a Sylvester & Tweetybird cartoon)to make a scaffold board.
I walked up to him and asked "whatcha doing?"
"I'm making a walkboard so I can.............." His eyes, I could tell he believed it would work Ermmand I couldn't laugh right in his face. "Stay here, I'll be right back...... and don't get on it 'til I get back."
Walked away and literally split my sides laughing so hard.LOL
"OK, that's not gonna work. The minute you step out there on it, it's going to fold up faster than someone with a bad poker hand and we'll be taking you to the emergency room. You've been watching too many cartoons."

I still remember a few of the space shuttle Challenger jokes that were going around back in '86 after the disaster.

People were telling & laughing at them unashamedly.

If ever there was something that was an inappropriate subject to make jokes about, that would qualify.

Yet we were all doing it, so you're not alone BMom.

I laugh at weird things... All the time. Mostly inappropriately. I'm easily amused.

I can't think of the silly stuff I laugh at, usually if I'm singing a silly song or something.

Eating & farting.

Two of my favorite topics.

The fact that they go hand in hand is just icing on the cake.

Actually THIS was the video I saw. There's too many farting Star Trek videos out there now, but this one's original Trek.

Things like this: Because of the "way we work" and "where we work", it isn't uncommon for someone to screw up on a conference call by flushing the toilet...always good for an 'ice breaker', bad if you're sipping coffee.

But I'm easily entertained.Smile
