I know it was a bit cheesy, but I loved him in "Roadhouse".  He was a very entertaining person.

RIP.

That dude was just too damned handsome to die so young.

A real shame.

Sad - he was much too young.

Good actor; seemed like a good person. Always thought him a bit on the 'gooey'-side until I saw him in "11:14", a few years back (great movie), then in 'The Beast'.

It's sad. I'm pretty sure his family will never see this but I hope they're all getting through this as best they can. His pain is over now.

I'd heard for years (even before he got sick) that he was a sincerely nice guy.  That counts for a lot.

And it seemed to come across on the screen, too.

He really seemed like the kind of guy who, if a fan met him, no matter how big of a dork the fan might've been, he'd have been nice to them & treated them with respect.

One of my top 25 movies of all time was Ghost. It has been classified as a "chick flick", but I don't care. I love that movie anyway. I enjoyed everyone's performance: Patrick, Demi, and Whoopie was great! That was a unique combination of talent, and a nice theme song.
