Do people actually watch these things?
Or BUY stiff from them?
Somehow an ad for more than 30 seconds seems intolerable and very wrong.
Is this love big enough to watch over me?
Big enough to let go of me
Without hurting me,

Never in my life. Dead

I work the night shift, so about 3 AM local time, too many cable channels run those abominations. The only nice thing about them is that most of them have a 15 second disclaimer at the beginning, which gives a chance to grab the remote control without pulling a muscle. If I want to watch more TV after that, my Blue Ray player gets the workout. Thumbs%20Up

Which brings up the gripe about ads and endless unwanted "previews" on DVD and Blue Ray movie discs, but that is for another forum, maybe. I know it has been discussed before, and I am far from the first to be annoyed at having paid good money to buy ONLY the movie or TV Series season set, and have to find a way to get around the completely unexpected nasty surprise of a Coke ad at the start of my Star Wars movie, or whatever. GAHHHHH! I'd be willing to pay an extra $1 to be rid of ads on my movie discs. I've written and told that to several studios, and never received a reply.
