McDonald's "Back in the Day"

My fiancee and I are annoyed by that commercial of the guy walking down the city street, looking around.  He conveys nothing of the sentiment of the commercial!  He's dead in the face.  Where did they get him?  He's certainly not an actor because he shows absolutely no expression when he's supposed to be expressing sentimentalism.  They should have given the gig to somebody who can actually act instead of a zombie.
