Is this new? Or is this what has prompted the new "improved" ads as of late?
I just saw the commercial for people on Yaz and two other similar products to call a number if they experienced ailments due to side effects.
It stated that they are being sued for downplaying side effects.

If this is the newest ad then that means Yaz may be going down for good!
Please God.

I took Yaz, I wonder what these side effects are. Maybe I can get some money out of that expensive ass prescription!

You mean expensive ass-prescription, ha, ha.
If I remember correctly, I have a poor memory.

If you search, you'll find at least two threads on these Yaz ads. I recall starting one of them.

I have noticed several medication commercials lately that list such a long list  of possible side affects and "people who have <insert conditions here> shouldn't take this medication" that it seems only a half dozen or so people in the entire population could possibly be low-risk users. Why do people keep taking these meds?

Best of luck to the law suit people. Sadly, probably only the lawyers will make out.

Dozens and dozens of threads killed.

And if used properly, a banana can also be used as a birth control device.

Sorry.

I really am ashamed of that.

They are legally required to divulge all possible negative side effects if they want to advertise it on television. All medicines have side effects, so listing them in a commercial should not really be an issue.
