May I recommend my fave cereal recipe?

2 parts Fruity Dynobites to 1 part Cocoa Dynobites. Delicious. You can use the Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Pebbles if ya wanna get all hoity toity about it. But then you can use the Post boxes to put the Malt-o-Meal cereal into---you know, to impress dinner guests. They'll never know the difference.

I ate a roast beef sandwich for breakfast.  It's been sitting there in my gut all day long. I've been drinking a lot of water to try to make it move along!

My labor day dinner was a cheeseburger with wavy potato chips on the side. Kind of a little weird as we usually have people over on Labor Day. Not this year though.

I've been trying to eat a better variety of food.  I have some chicken tenders from culvers in the fridge.

Something I have to have now, a chocolate shake.

Just had my new fave homemade snack. I put a small glob of grated Romano cheese on a plate, and then microwaved it. 30 seconds, and it turns into a chewy flat wafer sort of thing. Another 15 seconds, and it's a cracker. Just cheese, nothing else!
