Just what the subject line asks: what was the last thing that you ate?

For me, it was a Hello Kitty strawberry/cherry popcycle.

Dinner which was a chili dog with mustard, green squash (or is it zucchini) and some kind heated slaw thingy. It had cabbage and slivers of kale and I don't know what. It was good and I shoveled in a few fork fulls

My usual Monday through Friday dinner consisting of:

1/3 cup (uncooked) brown rice

2 cups mixed vegetables (chopped broccoli, chopped spinach, lima beans, corn, green beans, peas, carrots)

shredded baked chicken breast

seasoned with a bit of margarine, soy sauce and Mrs Dash.

A handful of "woven wheat" (Triscuit style) crackers on the side.

I just had a bowl of Chex Mix as a snack. I like it because it has a little bit of everything.

A chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread with no mayonnaise (because I looked in the fridge and I've apparently run out).

After my 6 cups of coffee, I eat a Little Debbie donut stick with milk and my daily aspirin.

A little later on I eat 2 of these...

Then, and I love this time of the day. I have my 3 piece Cod dinner waiting for me.  Evil Smile

I'm glad my old man diet is low-fat rather than low-carb. I'd hate to give up pasta.

Tonight I had a pre-made meal from the cold deli case of my supermarket. Lemon-pepper chicken over penne. I added Romano cheese to it, and microwaved it.

Some slices of pork loin, Apple sauce, string beans in a weird so called steak sauce and that weird slaw I mentioned earlier.

Prior to that a pretzel stick and some dark chocolate kisses.

Chicken tetrazzini (I have a killer recipe) and strawberry jello with Cool Whip for dessert.  Maybe "killer" recipe was a poor choice of words.  Let's go with excellent.

A can of Chef Boyardee lasagna; I might also have a popcycle (I had the lasagna already).
Definitely a "poor man's dinner" -- my food stamps won't be here until Saturday. :-/

I might make a chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread a bit later on.

I had breakfast for dinner tonight, minus the coffee of course.

I had half of a small can of chunk ham from the Dollar Tree....

...that I sliced into two 1/4" thick x 3" diameter slices which I put on top of a piece of whole wheat bread in a small baking dish, then whipped up an egg and dumped it over the bread and ham then put some shredded sharp white cheddar over it all. Sprinkled on some Mrs Dash and popped it into the toaster oven and baked until brown.

Had some Triscuits on the side.

Pretty much the same thing I eat for breakfast every day.

I just had BBQ ribs from a local sports bar/restaurant. This was via takeout.

AKA, I'm always up for a McMuffin.
