Looks like 4 new ones have been added.
Good thing I checked out this thread, otherwise I'd have never known.

Are you able to apply them? I seem to be able to apply the "sick" one only. The others just appear as little boxes.

I *still* want 'pukey' ('sick').
And yea - when I tried to use the other new emoticons in a post, I got the lil' red boxes, too.
Maybe we should complain to the ForumAdmin?

Naaah. No complainin'. He'll probably find out just from this thread. Or he may already know. Then again, I use only 3 or 4 of the emoticons that are already there. I used to have Smiley Central, and used to use the ones it offered, but I got rid of it.

<<< ----The new ones work inside a post. Maybe you can petition Admin to put the green-face in the Topic icon selection.
Edit: Well, it showed when I clicked Preview before posting.

Try copy/pasting them in?
Nope. That didn't work.
Maybe inserting them like a regular picture would work....

I was just now barred from posting a reply. Some bulls**t about my posting more than the allowed number of posts in a non-disclosed time period to prevent spam. It was my third reply in about a 20 minute period. Please explain.

Sometimes when you accidentally click the "Post Reply" button twice in rapid succession, even though you didn't realize you did it, you'll get that mesage because the software thinks you tried to post twice within a split second.
Happens to me every once in awhile too. Just ignore it. |
