So what did everybody here on CIH have for Thanksgiving aka. Turkey Day dinner?

I'll start first.

Turkey (rubbed with hickory liquid smoke and sage)
Stuffing (cooked separately outside the bird's asshole) Wink
Candied yams
Sataned eggs aka. deviled eggs
Mashed potatoes
Gravy (poured liberally over turkey, stuffing, and spuds)
Whole berry cranberry sauce
King's Hawaiian roll

I'll go for dessert a bit later, which will consist of:
Sm. piece of pumpkin pie
Sm. piece of pecan pie
Sm. qty. vanilla bean ice cream

So, what did you chow down on? Big smile

The wife made me something that resembled lasagna on Wednesday, it was great! I just finished it off this morning.  Mama's youngest daughter hosted the big feast, I didn't go because of my walking issues.

I didn't have a real one. My family eats late in the afternoon, and I work overnight so late in the afternoon I am sleeping. Two different coworkers each left me a giant plate of leftovers from the employee dinner so if that counts, I had:

Smoked turkey
Some sort of chicken
Brisket
Ham(tasted more like country ham than sugar cured, so I was pleased)
Mac & cheese
Mashed potatoes
2 different kinds of stuffing/dressing(one of them was spicy, which was surprising and good)
Sweet potatoes
Croissant rolls

Unfortunately I was down for the count with this most recent Thanksgiving meal, I've been fighting a bad case of bronchitis.
What I planned was out of the box. I wanted to do: Prime Rib-Potatoes Au Gratin-Sweet Corn & Lima's-Cole Slaw-Corn Bread Muffins with Cranberries
along with: 2 Rotisserie Chickens - Chicken Stuffing-Candied Sweet Potatoes-Creamed Sweet Onions-Mashed Turnips with Sage
For desert I would've made: 3 Pumpkin Pies-2 Sweet Potato Pies-2 Criss-Cross Apple Pies

It didn't happen for Thanksgiving, but it's still on my mind for Christmas!
