.....nope, no she's not.

She will NEVER get rid of "Toyota Jan."

I guess they pay her some big bucks for her to stay with these ads, the horrible writing and extreme cringeworthy humor.

I watched Crazy, Stupid,Love, and for the life of me, cannot remember what role she portrayed.

I THINK she is in a new 'Year End Blowout' commercial that has a country song hawking this Japanese product - it seems all so wrong (but I own two).

Who's worse - Potsch Boyd for Chevy or Toyota Jan? I'm sick of both of them and this country yeehaw thing is getting on my nerves. I've had to deal with Potsch Boyd for years and it's about time Chevy finds a new ad campaign...oh, I mean Toyota too!
Back after a long absence...still hating those commercials. Go away Limu Emu and Doug!

"Potsch Boyd for Chevy or Toyota Jan"

THAT is really a tough one. I have to lean towards Potsch. Like you said, he's been on longer and the idiot "real people, not actors" with the over exaggerated reactions makes the ads 100 times more annoying. Plus I have owned 2 Chevy's (One Pontiac)..all GM, all 3 were absolute unreliable junk!

i pick Jan--Potsch has no discernible ambition to be any more than a talking log and never really 'tries' anymore than standing on his spindly legs and yapping  while 'super talented' Jan, like her obvious idol the Flomeister, sings, zip lines and kvetches her way thru all sorts of 'talent showcases'-all of which she is really only adequate at. She, like Pat, has found a niche for her 'art' and will be impossible as cancer to remove.

I tend to think her usefulness for Toyota is a tad over.  Time for their ad agency to earn their money.

I have been saying this for the last 5 years--whoever does them sucks REAL BAD

i wonder if they have to prease the Japanese execs and thats why their ads veer towards the queso-like

The most integrated commercial I've seen in a while.  Covering all the bases.

There's a Honda commercial that follows those "minority inclusion" guidelines too. It loses it's effectiveness when it's so blatant

That sappy Toyota ad does nothing for me.
(Sorry, they are actors and I couldn't give a rats a** about them)

However, any Toyota Jan ad makes me cringe.

I've always noticed that about her too.

Maybe that's why they've always got her in black pants.

Makes it harder to see.
