DisapproveFriggin' idjits! Trix are for kids...and the computer was really invented in 2700 BC and referred to as a calculator. I used to know how to use them, but I'm thinking those brain cells have departed....

These bullsh*t ads for all this modern gadgetry grossly distort and idealize reality.

How many kids ride their bikes around the cool, hipster city, stopping here and there to create complex artwork on their laptop, and share it with their artsy little friends?

The vast majority of them are wasting their youth playing video games, watching garbage rap music videos and tweeting about trivial, mundane crap on Twitter.

Modern technology is sucking the humanity out of people.

Fรบck Apple.

LOL

I remember when I was going into Jr. High School. We moved from Indy to the Wawasee area. A new school, new people and we had to change classes and rooms throughout the day.  Confused

Back then, you weren't cool unless you had a Texas Instruments calculator. I did very well in school back then.  We had a math or science teacher who made us learn how to use a Slide Rule.

WinkOf course it is, but an abacus is the original calculator and anything that calculates is...well....use your imagination.
I just couldn't use the word 'abacus' as I had no desire to confuse.

Sounds dangerously close to a certain early 80's song by Genesis...

Just change one vowel and one consonant and you've got a whole new song.

What's with her rats nest hair and circa 1981 appearance?
Also I hate the snooty way she asks "what's a computer?" at the end. Oooh, take THAT old out of touch non-hipsters!

Why'd I bother to watch this stupid ad AGAIN!? Whiny singer, sounds like a cat in heat, the accompanying instruments sounds like a baby banging on a synthesizer, and the coloring is so washed out
One good thing about TV-you could always turn it off

I tried to make a thread on this the other day but it ended up floating around in cyberspace. Glad someone hates this one too. Gotta love snarky hipster kids.

I thought this ad was supposed to take place in the early 80's at first. What kid looks like that/dresses like that? And what kid doesn't know what a freaking computer is?

I so hate this one too. How does a 13-year-old not know what a COMPUTER is...she must have learned how to use one in elementary school! No wonder so many Americans are dumb nowadays. Once again, Apple creates terrible commercials. Lump of coal for Tim Cook! AngryAngry
Back after a long absence...still hating those commercials. Go away Limu Emu and Doug!

To be fair, Scout Finch in the famous To Kill A Mockingbird novel by Harpwe Lee is a GIRL.
My name is Donathan, pronounced the same way you pronounce Jonathan, except with a D.๐Ÿ˜€ Hitting on a Lesbian who speaks to you and about you like trash means you're REALLY desperate! ๐Ÿ˜€
