Isn't it cute?  He lets people know he's bought this car by sounding the alarm and scaring them away whenever they get too close (I won't even ask why he's buying the floor model).  And the noise coming out of your TV is guaranteed to wake up anyone sleeping in the house and put on edge anyone already awake.
 
Just put your screaming baby to sleep?  Got a war vet with PTSD renting your basement room?  Did you just make yourself ... uh ... REALLY COMFORTABLE on that sofa because you thought everyone on the house would be sound asleep?  Well, get ready to have your comfort shattered.
 
Honestly, I think the Emergency Broadcasting System has a more pleasant-sounding alarm.
