LM ads feature snarky, sarcastic millennial douchebags who think that their biting sarcasm hurts the feelings of their competitors.

Liberty Mutual is moving up my 'most hated' list.
I am so disgusted by the false promises ALL of these freaking companies offer.
My agent told me...via e-mail. Rate increases are based on the insurance company's bottom line.
(Not on our credit score...the primary pricing base when we enrolled.)
But how well the company did in general. Claims vs premium payments received.
This woman had balls! She is kind of a big, butch looking woman. Who knows her sexual orientation?
Liberty is taking the Geico approach...with a bunch of dumbass adholes who can't hold a candle to Geico.

The only LM ad that really annoys me is the one with the husband and wife. It (like so many others) plays on the "smart woman/stupid man" idea. As if men are the only ones who make dumb decisions and get into trouble.
Past that, I like "blah blah blah" just because it sounds funny. :D

I can't believe no one has mentioned this. The tag line now at the end of the Liberty Mutual ads is "LIBERTY STANDS WITH YOU". Wtf does that even mean?! It's all just a bunch of bullsh*t...it doesn't really mean anything, except to pretend that they care about you and will be there for you when you need them just to give you that nice warm fuzzy feeling so you'll give them money.
In reality, they are just as bad if not worse than all the other insurance companies. They will rip you off if at all possible and take your money, and they will only help you or pay out if there is absolutely no way to get out of it. NO, Liberty Mutual, you DON'T stand with me!!!!!! BTW, I have American Family, and would NEVER switch to LM or Geico or (gasp) Progressive because of their stupid ads. |

^ I tried to install one of those "plug-in" safe-driver monitors but the connector port had too much buildup on it from Flo's lipstick.

There was a discussion over on another site I visit, the Corvette Forum.
You can imagine, there are some car guys over there that know what they are talking about.
SnapShot and Allstate's DriveWise plug into the diagnostic port that the service people use to find engine problems. People have said that this actually interferes with the normal operation of basic engine functions.
And that the parameters they use to judge if you deserve any discounts are such that very few people ever get any additional discounts.
I let my lack of tickets and accidents speak for my driving record.
But
NO!
They want to plug into my life? F*CK YOU VERY MUCH!

The major thing that annoys me about Liberty Mutual commercials is the importunate use (yes, that is spelled correctly!) of the "Royal We". Like, they're in the same boat as the viewing public when it comes to being abused by insurance companies. No - They are NOT in the same boat. They are the boat builders. Big difference.
Regardless, I'm waiting for the commercial that puts in a claim for that "Royal We" mouse in the pocket, who got mortally wounded when the airbag deployed! Now that's probably something I would watch. Once. |

I have checked my State Farm policy several times to verify coverage. I've never had a problem understanding it. If I did I would just call my agent.

They're all pretty obnoxious, but "blah blah blah" is just so over the top smarmy and arrogantly irresponsible!!! So the insurance company is responsible for you being too stupid to realize you need to actually ask what you are covered for, and are offended by the suggestion that you actually should *read* your policy? The nerve!!!

The 'blah blah blah' ad should never had made it to the airwaves, a perfect example that Liberty Mutual has a bunch of assbags on their marketing staff.
They all suck donkey dicks, they just want your money. Then, give you the absolute minimum for your claim. I HATE THEM!!!
There were other threads that got no replies.
This is the most popular.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this particular Liberty Mutual ad before. It actually makes me kind of crazy mad. Like I want to kick this woman in the face. Whatever agency makes these commercials must be trying to win an award for "The Most Obnoxious commercial" or something. |
