I figured it as:

15 +15 + 15 = 45

4 + 4 + 15 = 23

4 + 3 + 3 = 10

3 + 4 + 4 X 15 = 165

Yeah, they did cheat.  They created a value within the drawings---the number of sides in the geometric pattern, the number of bananas in the bunch and the times on the clock.  These tests aren't usually presented this way.

Those people are retards.
I knew the answer before I finished reading the question - 165.

I thought it was 165 too, but it's not.

If you look closely at each symbol (clock, bananas & pentagons) you'll see that there are different values contained in each one, so that one clock or pentagon might not have the same value as the next one.

We keep a tall kitchen trash can in the pantry closet. Sometimes we miss the trash can.

I was just picking up some of the stuff and...I seem to have forgotten a mouse trap I put there over a year ago.  I've mentioned how dark this house it.  Yep, it got me! Stung a little bit but didn't break the skin. Embarrassed

Getting ready to bite the bullet and install the fall creators update for Windows 10.  Maybe I'll have the same luck as I did when I last did one of these "creators update" dealios last year - seemed like I was the only Windblows user that didn't have something screw up.

Can't wait. Stern Smile

WinkYou were close on 'day 1' - it took me until today when I looked at the picture.

It's not about the math.

It's about noticing the tricky little tricks they put in the riddle.

If you're not expecting them, you don't bother to look for them.

Then... BAM!!!! they got ya!!!!

It's about being observant.

Whether you count the lines or where they intersect I still count 11.

I usually switch the TV to some local news when the wife gets up. Right now, the local Fox station is our only choice.  I hate them!!

The weather girl, Katy Kramer, I call her Katy Crayfish. Tongue

The weekend anchor douche...Justine Steinbrink?

Just in the brink of stein.  LOL

I'd rather be just in the drink of Stein.

My dad had at least one of those, one of my siblings must have grabbed them.

I have some of his pewter mugs, with glass bottoms, he won racing in the SCCA.

I've got this really big old stein my mom brought from Germany with her. I'm not sure of it's age or origin, but it's about 18" tall. Has no lid, though. I'm thinking about buying an old antique lid for it, if I can find one that's fairly cheap.

I'd like to find out more about the thing first, though.

Decided to go ahead and decorate the living room for Halloween again this year. Wasn't going to because I just wasn't in the mood this year because of my mom's passing and then the gawd awful lingering heat and humidity making it feel more like friggin July rather than October.

But today was fairly nice, almost fall-like, so on a whim I decided why not?

Making another Halloween lamp again this year. Gotta go to Walmart tomorrow and buy a socket for it. Pretty sure I already have a cord somewhere. Want to get orange, flame shaped flicker bulbs for both of them.

I'll post a pic when I'm done with it.

And speaking of Halloween... I've got something to bitch about in the What Pisses You Off thread...

Packer fans just about threw the season away when the starting QB went down last week with a broken collar bone. He needed surgery and is most likely out for the season.  They are doing pretty well against the Saints here in the first quarter.

Going to something called "The Brain Hour" at the local senior center. I think it's some kind of sales pitch for a funeral home and memorial planning service.

The only reason I'm going is because there's supposed to be free food.

Afterward, gonna go for a nice walk around a local park.

Do some shopping on the way home.

Guess I'll be scarce around here for most of the afternoon.

Incredible weather today!!!
