So many commercials about cereal that has high fiber, what's next? Advertising free enemas as the prizes in the box?

With all of these Pee problems, No boner, Gina itch, Poop no more stains, type of commercials.
It would be easy for some thin skinned people to get bothered.

I think only bwestfall was bothered by any language used, most women are very familier with the dirty side of humor we sometimes have here.

Most guys, even you well educated types, can think about these obvious things that are nasty, make a joke.
And you can brighten somebody's day.
So what?  If things get a little rough, that's what makes this place so great.

Yeah, probably so.  LOL

But which begets which?  Are women scarce around here because of the things we say, or do we say these things because women aren't around enough to keep us in check?

Hmmmm...

^  Dad could blow a lovin' spoonful into the carton.  Hilarity would ensue when the son gulps it down.

'Swapping spit with your son' sure sounds like it could lead to incest.

Milk is bad for you anyway, organic or not.

After having watched the commercial in the first post, I see that the way the kid ate the cereal & milk is exactly the way I do!!!!

I rarely eat cereal, but when I do, it's usually by dumping a mouthful of dry cereal into my mouth then taking a swig of milk & chewing them both together.

You get a better cereal to milk distribution & you don't end up with a bowl of luke warm milk when you're done with the cereal.

But then again, I don't have other people eating out of the cereal box or drinking out of the milk carton, either.

A few of my kids tried that crap, but it didn't work with us.
Each time we made them drink ALL the milk - then go puke in the back yard, if they had to. Their next task was to go buy more milk.

...but me? I like sampling the yogurt at the grocer's. Just lift the lid a little, play 'wiggly tongue' and 'get a little', close it back up and put it back...wait for the news and see what virus has broken out in the local community...Evil Smile

No! It is not bad. I agree 110%. I encounter far to many of these idiots who actually believe if the brand and product name contain nature, flax, and granola it is so healthy they will live forever. Sorry to break the bad news. You're going to die just like the rest of us.

Is it bad that I am more offended by the awful acting of the mom than I am of the selfish kid who slurps his germs all over the milk carton?

Just had the "pleasure" of this coming on again. That kid is such a jackass - rips the box from his dad's hand, drinks milk straight from the carton, so proudly says, "Yea, you did" when the idiot mom says "we did good" and THEN at the very end, whatever the mom is reading on the table, the kid just picks it up like it belongs to him. What a self entitled turd.

You know those Burger King "Don't Bother Me, I'm Eating Commerials"? Wherein the actor/actress eats a big, sloppy burger complete w/ sauce dripping all over? Yep, they made my stomach turn.
How about those commercials with kids that have food all over their face and everywhere else that they can reach?  Instant channel change for me.

I've never tried the product (wouldn't be surprised if it tastes great!)But the tone of this commercial: The shameless indulgence of entitlement, turns me off to the point I would never buy.
Even if you put out a great product, if the add campaign you choose glorifies & rewards indulgent/spoiled/entitled behavior; I'm out!

LOVE this website BTW!

The ONLY time it's acceptable to drink from the carton is if you're the ONLY F*CKING PERSON living in your house. And drinking from the carton probably explains WHY you're the only person in your life.

Now THAT would make a great commercial. Momma Mooch don't play.
That's one of the problems with this world today.  Any self-respecting parent, Jamaican or not, would not stand for such disgusting, rude and may I add unsanitary behavior from their child.  People are being brainwashed by seeing things like this as being normal and acceptable, and now it's supposed to be cute and funny.  Angry
